Include the exact page URL, quote the statement or signal in question, explain what appears incorrect, and link to a primary source when possible. Technical mappings are checked against the published standard before shared data is changed.

Report a tool problem
Describe the input type, browser and device, the action you took, and the result you expected. Do not attach private or sensitive messages. Image and audio recognition are beta workflows, so distinguish an upload problem from an incorrect decoded result.
Suggest a source
Primary standards, institutional archives, museum records, and original technical documents are preferred. Commercial summaries and uncited reposts are not treated as authoritative substitutes.
Review process
Reports are compared with the source record and methodology. Confirmed material changes are applied to affected pages and recorded in the update history.
